Sing 2 storyline
After making the NewMoon Theater a huge success, Buster sets his sights on the Crystal Tower Theater. Buster plans to put on a new show there. But getting into the offices of the world-famous Crystal Entertainment, run by ruthless wolf Jimmy Crystal, is not easy. So Buster and his team, including Rosita the mother pig, Ash the rocker hedgehog, Johnny the gorilla, Meena the elephant and Gunter the pig provocateur, sneak into Crystal Entertainment. Meanwhile, Gunter comes up with a far-fetched idea and promises that Clay Calloway, the world’s most reclusive rock star, will be in the show. Buster sets out to find Clay to join them on stage for this important show.

- A reference to the first movie is made in the scene that occurs right before the credits roll. When the lights dim and the curtains open, as Buster had previously stated, that’s when he first fell in love with the theater. He is once more observed to be enjoying that particular moment.
- Clay Calloway is the name of Bono’s persona as a tribute to the real-life artist Cab Calloway.
